In November of 2020, Alloy Bellows and Star Precision merged to form one combined company. In early January of 2021, we completed the move of our operations and teams from Highland Heights to our new expanded campus in Mentor, Ohio.
We knew that we needed a new name that encompasses our growing capabilities of bellows & bellows assemblies, CNC machining, thin-wall tubing, welding, and product assemblies. In March of 2021, we introduced Alloy Precision Technologies.
To celebrate our recent changes and expansion, we hosted a Grand Opening on Thursday March 18th, which was a major success. Many members representing the City of Mentor, Mentor Chamber of Commerce, Lake County, as well as many other organizations who helped contribute to our expansion were present to help welcome our newly combined company to the Mentor Business Community.
The evening began with regards and appreciations from Alloy Precision’s President & CEO, Michael Canty as well as a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony conducted by the Mentor Chamber of Commerce. Members of the Alloy Precision Technologies team took guests on tours of our new manufacturing operations which are effectively organized to enable our vertically integrated, turnkey product solutions.
The rest of the evening was full of conversations and laughs as we look forward to the next phase of our company. With our growing company, expanded campus, and new company name, we will better serve our customers throughout our many markets. We kook forward to continuing our partnership and offering technology jobs to the Mentor Community and North East Ohio.
